Eliza Short, PhD, RDN
Eliza Short, PhD, RDN produces nutrition education content and media. She is also a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition. Eliza started her career in clinical settings, providing counseling to families with children at risk for type 2 diabetes. Currently as a researcher, she is examining the expanding area of “food as medicine.”
